God has done an amazing thing in our LIVES all the blood, sweat , and tears has paid off.  We are past the hurdle on the American side.  Now we wait for the EE side to come through. Thank you and God bless.

On behalf of my husband and I we want to personally take this time to thank you all so much so much for all your prayers and working through the trenches work to beat the clock of March 4th. Through all this hard work we make it by the ski...n of our teeth. When something is Gods will nothing can stop it my faith has been challenged and straightened at the same time. Know we are ready to go the next leg. The EE side of it.. I am so glad this day has finally come I know we have a lot more to go but at least we have the American side for now. What is impossible for man is POSSIBLE with God. Remember that. Love you all whether I know you or not your prayers made a difference, your legs made a difference in C.S.Petitt outcome. He still does not know about us so keep praying God prepare his heart.

Continue to pray for EE judges, councils, ministries anyone who has to do with decisions. Give them hearts towards the orphans, of coarse Cole in particular. Soften there hearts for a quick and speedy Adoption.

We are not sure when he will be home a lot will depend on EE and when they are going to release him to even start the process things are supposed to go quicker with Irina the R****** Lawyer.Our prayer would be Sept to no later than Dec. But we will see. Gods timing. No ours. We are very excited we have found a problem with a christian organization in for teen boys called The Harbor that have a skill / trade training on Saturday that he will start attending this will be positive christian influences through them. We are ecstatic. I don't know if you know this but my last name is Zutaut I have family that live in Lithuania so .. My blood runs deep through these lands. This is a dream come true for us this is full circle for me. Would love to go and see my aunt and her family that lives over there someday in all this. Who knows. Keep praying thanks for all the well to dos. I am glad you are watching to see what God will do.

Oh God how can the pain of loving something so much and never even meeting this child who is looking at you threw the screen fill a family with so much compassion that words cant even touch the debt of the pain in our hearts of the future this child could face if HE doesn’t get A GOD SIZE MIRACLE. With those beautiful BIG brown eyes and a Bright face with so much Hope and anticipation of what Life Can be? I can only wonder how His mother was with him before she died? Did you rock him? Did she feed him good meals? Did she take care of him? But the most important question I ask my self did she pray over him? Did she pray for HIM? Did she know God? Did she know Jesus? Did she pray that if something ever happened to her that someone would take care of her child and love him the way she did? Do mommas think like that way in EASTERN Europe? These all questions I wonder in the grand scheme of the matter.. God sent us this little boys face on our computer.. As my husband and I have prayed and seeked God in this decision to adopt this boy for our family we have come to any church that will let us come and share our story and our pray is that God will get the glory for using ordinary people for some thing extra ordinary by doing what Gods word says.. Faith is not ...

Faith is not believing that GOD CAN. It is KNOWKING that HE WILL.  Beleive and pray with us for GOD's BEST and His Provision and Miracle.

How We Need Prayers From Each Person Who Will.

We need you all to pray for:

1. KINGDOM CONNECTIONS..

2. God to send the Mighty Band of Angels out to bring C.S.P home.. Operate Micheal the Arch Angel and Gabriel for  and the children around the world who have no hope outside of adoption. The bible says we have full access to these angelic beings we just have to ask for them please ask for them for C.S. Petitt.

3. Pray for quick and clear response from EE.

4. We have been advised to seek a Immigration Lawyer we are believing God is our Lawyer we have the faith HAVE IT with us or if God wants us to do this pray he will find us one and provide for one? We found one who would consult with us for 250.00 an hr. OUCH OUCH  my goodness expensive.. How do normal people afford these people?  Wish we new a lawyer of any sort.

5. Pray that God will release the funds for this adoption if there is something in the spiritual realm stopping them and these boundaries are not from him command them broken in Jesus name. We have a friend who has a house for sale in Charlotte NC a $450,000.00 house the people want it they have a huge down payment ready to buy something with bank hold up she has said she wanted to help us get to Russia. This could be a huge help in the grand scheme of things.. Pray for this house to be sold quickly in Jesus name.

6. Pray for favor we are heading to Atlanta 6am to finish Immigration papers.. We need speedy proceedings we still have to get to the I600 part of the Petition and documents. ANSWERED WENT SMOOTH AND QUICK! THANKS

7. Our lawyer will be back by Feb 22 Phillip and I’s 14th year anniversary. Pray we have answer from Russia that they will expedite  C.S. Petitt court papers so he is ready and legal to adopt and petition from America.

8.  We have a wonderful power point we are trying to get made into a DVD.  So that we may give and send to churches,  business's and people to help raise funds..  Pray we can find someone who can do this soon.
 

We are still Believing our God is able to do exceedingly and abundantly more that what we could ever ask hope and dream in Jesus name..
IN Numbers yesterday I was reading about Moses and there years in the wilderness. NUMBERS 11:23 Then the Lord said to Moses, “Is there any limit to My power? Now you will see whether or not my words come true!” Out of all my reading that has left an imprint in my mind. That is all we have is His word and the faith to believe he has told us to walk this way. To believe and trust. Thanks in advance for you prayers. 
We are doing exactly what God told us to do 3 weeks ago this coming Wednesday when our whole life got turned around.  It is where we started at the beginning at the Miracle stage.  Only GOd can make this happen we asked for a miracle and now HE has the power and strength to show out and SHOW up.  Help us pray for our MIRACLE CHILD. Help safe a life in your prayers and resources..Bless his HOLY NAME in the NAME OF JESUS.

We did get our fingerprinting done we should be able to talk to an Immigration person with the I600 division tomorrow about our dilemma at this point and see if the US will work with us and still waiting to see what EE will say to the answer to our letter we send out one week ago tomorrow.  Lots of WAITING WAITING AND more WAITING.
Most of the time when orphans come to the states the get what they call an American name on there new American birth certificate.  ***** real name is ******* but he goes by C.S. Petitt  in orphanage so they usually shorten nickname which would go to Cole and his middle name is the name the Lord has given him "Shepherd"  because God was His Shepherd and brought him out of (Egypt) EE Country.
  So his full American name will be Cole Shepherd Petitt
