CHALLENGE 2 ALL My Fber Friends 2 Donate $5 or 10.00 towards Changing a LIFE Forever.

UPDATE GOD ANSWERED PRAYERS ALL THE MONEY HAS BEEN PROVIDED AND IS PAID IN FULL FOR HOME STUDY, IMMIGRATIONS FEES, FBI AND PASSPORTS.  GOD IS FAITHFUL.  3-17-11

My heart is so heavy and burdened with the weight of knowing what must happen in order to make this adoption to work in Cole's Life and destination.  God is showing me that only he can open these doors and close these doors. When you focus on the issue at hand and the goal that is there it can seem impossible but my God tells me all things are possible through Christ Jesus. Regardless where you are in this walk of life the main situation at hand is a little boy named Cole is an orphanage and turns 16  March 9.  This  child's life can be changed and touched by each one of you with a simple act of kindness donating 5.00 or $10.00 to help get the ball rolling for a home study and a FBI clearance along with more forms due to the Immigration as well as him coming for Christmas.  This all has to get done before we can start looking for grants to help fund the actually adoption.
Let me break all this down for you so that you can see what I am talking about.
visit: 2500.00 we have 1784.43 needing to raise 518.57 more
Home Study 1500.00 need to raise 1500.00
FBI clearance and  fingerprinting 92.00
Immigration form and more finger printings for the other country end -720.00+170.00=890.00
Whoa you think that sounds like a lot well it sounds like that to me too and I know that isn't even a pinch of it but we are taking it one day at  time and one step at a time..
As I broke this all down the totally amount is 3197.57 for this part.  I have 302 wonderful awesome friends on face book who I love so.  I did the math and if everyone donated 10.00 it would bring us to about what we need to get past this 1st hump of this process.  Isn't that amazing what a little can do to make such HUGE IMPACT in the rest of this boys life..  The rest of his life could be a long time.
If 10.00 is to much I understand there was a time when 10 was too much for us and I so understand.  If you can even do 5.00 or 2.00 even a 1.00 no amount is to small I promise you God can take it and multiply..  I keep hearing the words A LITTLE CAN MAKE A LOT..  You do what you can and the rest will work its self out.

If you feel lead to donate more I promise you it will be all used solely to get him here for good we are looking at a little over 40,000 to adopt  their is so many that say well there is so many that is cheaper, closer, less hassle ect we have heard it all and we did not go looking for this Child he found us meaning- his picture, his face, his name, everything just started to fall in place and we knew this was the one even threw the hurdles and hoops we are going to have to go through to get him secured be for he turns 16 that is the intensity of this situation and we believe it was all divinely orchestrated and we are living out the faith I preach and walk everyday.  If you want to donate large amount or want tax deduction let me know we are working to where it would be tax deductible.  Also any charity up to 500.00 is automatically tax deductible if you keep receipt of what it was and turn into your tax person.
I do genuinely love you guys I love my time on face book and looking forward to meeting you each day and seeing how your lives have turned you are part of my family of friends. I hope you seriously think how just a little can make such a big difference in the grand scheme of things.  Thank you again for everything in advance.

If cant give than please just pray that is just as IMPORTANT IF NOT MORE for those who can and will I pray that it will be multiplied and blessed.
I BELIEVE IN MIRACLE AND I AM EXPECTING ONE FOR KOYLA.
Go to my blog and look at his eyes and his sweet face he deserves a forever home too Help us I am going to post what he said on his interview before getting choose as one of the children to come over.
15 years old - one of our "last-chance" kids.  Given one wish, he said he'd like to have a normal family.  He was a team favorite.  He had a great smile and a good sense of humor.  He said he'd like to be close to a city if he visited America.  He enjoys playing table tennis, reading, riding bikes and drawing army pictures.  His favorite color is red.  He likes dogs and cats, but his favorite animal is a parrot.  He's ok with a family with other children and would like to have an older sibling.  If he could have one gift, he'd choose a table tennis paddle.  This young man is very sweet and had a calm personality.
Can you believe that all he wanted was a table tennis paddle don't you know I am going to the ends of the earth to find this little boy a table tennis paddle I don't even know what it is but I will find out..  He wants a normal family well I don't know if we are normal but we do have love and would love to share it with others and we desire to be used in a great and mighty ways however that may be.  I thought it was interesting he said he wanted a older brother  Phillip isn't an older brother but i can tell you he sure is a big kids at heart.  He loved his youth group when he was youth pastor and I know that Him and Cole will become fast buddies/ father/friends.. I am so excited to see what God is going to do.  Feel the excitement and is hoping you are getting excited too..I dont know about the parrot Adam wants one of those too but Phillip has held his stand on that he says i have to buy him a snake 1st and I am not letting no snake come into my home..  So the parrot is not in the picture.  Sorry Adam and Cole. I like birds too I want love birds or gold finches I love them singing..  Love you all Happy Reading.

Thanks and Blessing Trusting in the one that Can,      Phillip, Anne, Adam and Ryan and Cole Petitt

Day 1: How The Journey Began?

As I sit here in the wee hrs of the night just thinking and expecting and wondering how God is going to make all this happen..  The average Joe would think we have went out of our ever living minds.  But I have news for you we haven't.  We have prayed earnestly, through prayer and crying out for wisdom from our Lord Jesus Christ for his will and not ours.. How does one ever come to this place?  Well very carefully and very prayerfully.. Phillip and I have always had a passion for underprivileged children.  Off the charts on the Gift of Mercy I am.  Our journey started so long ago actually with looking into the local DFAC.. My husband at the time was only making $12.00 an hr we went to DFACs Foster Care and expressed an interest.... actually it started when I was sitting in medicaid office updating medicaid and I saw this My Turn Now book full of all these beautiful children  there was one set of 5 to be exact they were precious I still have them in my mind I can remember them so vividly.  I was in love and I wanted those little girls I took the boys, took me a book and I started on my endeavor..  I showed Phillip this book with all these children in it.. We found another special boy we have never been able to forget older boy named Olga he sounded like he would of fit in our family perfectly.  Musically inclined, talented in several areas, loved the trampoline and we just wanted to get to know more about these two picks we had chose my girls ranged from 3 to 10 nice spread and throw the  boys in with that perfect..  Well we and another family went and had a meeting with DFACSs we were ready to start proceedings for  foster to adopt.  Well guess what they looked at us like we was plum out of our minds..  They did the math WE just let our hearts walk and talk for us..  To this day Phillip and I have never forgot those two sets of children and even when we got a little more on our feet we went to looking for those precious children, At that time it just wasnt Gods timing.  So being a new radical for Christ I was trying to wait on the Lord and that was 06 when that started.  In 07 I came across www.NewHorizonsforChildren.org  Every year I would show Phillip all those precious children, sibling groups.  I got the same answer so I had to wait but as I would wait I would weep and pray over these children..  They get to come 2 times a year once in summer and once in winter.  Each year I was faithful I went back and kept looking this time I got the boys looking.. We have always taught our children about what the Bible says in Psalms 10:14b The helpless commits (leaves, entrust) himself to YOU; You are the helper of the fatherless. We have read tons of missionary books YWAM one of our favorites George Muller and any others we could get our hands on.  Knowing our 9 meals in a 3 day period plus we cant forget snacks ect to there 1 in poverty stricken areas..  My heart Lord break it.  When I was in Hondurous God broke me for the poor of the land I seen the poorest of the poor.  We are rich compared to what I seen even the poorest of poor in America is Rich..  Some might not like that statement and I don't want to offend anyone but what I have seen in this one village not even the word I have in my mouth could describe to you what I saw.  I began a journey over there I cried out to God for understanding.. Why God why God it was more than I could bear and again I wept over these poverty stricken people. People with such infections, lack of clothing, bloated stomachs, death all over them.  Then Lord sent me to Job..
As I kept studying Gods word I did a 6 hr intense bible study on my own the word fatherless, orphans widows and foreigners..  I had 6 pages front and back of Gods thoughts, and His heart when it came to these people in His word.  It might of been at that point I had surrendered this area of my life to Him and told Him it was His life in me, and His home: Body, Soul and Mind---- have thy own way Lord you are the potter and I am the clay, hold me and mold me....So this is where we have come from.. to be continued for the rest of the story..
